Tree Whispers III – This monochromatic painting of my favourite type of single tree is done with a simple palette of deep pink reds through the shades to pale pink.
In this painting I have used a technique where I scratch into the paint to reveal colour beneath; it gives a wonderful effect with added depth to the piece..

I have painted this artwork on a linen board for a change from the stretched gallery style canvasses I usually use.

This enables me to offer the painting at a lower price and leaves the framing to you the client – you choose what will work for your space.

The painting is signed on the front with my name ‘Lucinda’ and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
