Golden Roads 1 is a small painting and first in a new series named the Colours of Australia. My intention is to paint a number of small works, some framed, in the colours of Australia.

There is a wonderful poem by Dorothy Mackeller called the Colours of Light which describes the colours of Australia to someone who has never seen them! Truly inspiring for an artist to paint such wonderful scenery.

The painting is signed on the front with my name ‘Lucinda’ and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
