Colours Of The Centre is a small painting and from the New Perspectives series.

My intention is to paint a number of small works, some framed, in the colours of Australia. this one is framed with a pine floating frame.

There is a wonderful poem by Dorothy Mackeller called the Colours of Light which describes the colours of Australia to someone who has never seen them! Truly inspiring for an artist to paint such wonderful colours.

The paintings are signed on the front with my name ‘Lucinda’ and come with a Certificate of Authenticity. I only use Artist quality materials in the creation of my artwork .

The piece will arrive cocooned in bubble wrap and packed within a sturdy cardboard container, sometimes recycled ( I do like to recycle when I can!), any glass will be taped to help prevent breakage, I am still losing the war with the tape machine so the package may not be the prettiest on the outside but the contents will arrive safe and sound.
