I have used sgraffito to mark in the trees on the hillside and the flora in the foreground – quite a deal of drawing into the paint in the midground. I’d rather like to wander through this painting if I could. The piece has taken on an Oriental look, with the pinks and greys.

The painting is signed on the front with Lucinda and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from Lucinda’s Studio.

The artworks on gallery style stretched canvas, do not require framing as the colour is continued round the sides, these are ready to hang, however, a box frame on this style of canvas can dress the painting really well.
