Windwalkers was created for Charleston’s Fine Art Auctions as part of my continuing exploration of atmosphere, movement and the Australian landscape. A group of vibrant flowering trees drifts across the horizon beneath a vast blue sky, their forms suggesting motion and connection within the open landscape. The painting captures the feeling of wind moving through the country, carrying light, colour and energy across the land.

Balancing simplicity with strong visual impact, the work reflects my fascination with the relationship between trees, weather and space. The luminous orange foliage stands in striking contrast to the deep sky, creating a sense of vitality, freedom and movement.
